Work at the nation

The nation has many different activities: pub, café and gasques. These do not operate by themselves but through voluntary work where students help each other to make them as fun as possible. As compensation for helping, you get a symbolic sum and staff discount on food the day after you have worked. If you work at least three shifts during a semester you also get an invitation for our staff party.

Working at the nation gives people a break from everyday life and is an excellent way to make friends. Some also get experiences that makes them want to get active at the nation and take more responsibility. You can read more about that here.

Working at the nation is easy, you do not need any previous experience. If you sign up for a shift it can be your first of many but also the only on you do – YOU choose how much you want to work and when.

3. Come by the nation and say hi to our 3Q. Their office can be found at the ground floor.
