The Gästrike-Hälsinge Nation Student Housing Foundation offers current and prospective members the opportunity to apply for student housing. GH has a large number of accommodations on Studentvägen and Ekonomikum and has one of the shortest housing queues in Uppsala.

All of the nation’s housing is managed by the Nationsgårdarna. For updated information, housing applications, or other inquiries, it’s best to contact them directly:

Eligible to apply are active student members of Gästrike-Hälsinge Nation, as well as students intending to register in the upcoming term.

There is essentially no queue system. Instead, for each semester that you are a member of the nation, you earn one point. You can also earn extra points by getting active at the nation, for example as a functionary or club worker. When you then apply for an available accommodation, you register your interest, and the person with the most points will have the right to sign the lease for the property.
